During the scheduling process, select 'Video Conference' as the preferred method for meeting.
Your appointment confirmation and reminder emails will contain a website to access the advisor's video conferencing room.
5-10 minutes before your designated appointment time, enter the advisor's website in your web browser.
Click Join Meeting.
Enable audio and video on your device by clicking the audio and video buttons (in red above). Ensure they are green. You can connect your audio through your computer or by phone. If you select phone, you'll see a pop-up like the one below. Follow the instructions to connect the audio to the meeting by phone. Connecting by phone is the best audio option. If a problem during the call arises, the advisor will call you using the phone number you provided during the scheduling process.
